What is the carnivore diet?

A carnivore beef pack with nothing unnecessary added
One of the biggest differences in our Carnivore Pack is the higher fat content.
The mince is prepared with 80% lean beef and 20% beef fat, creating the richer flavour and higher-fat ratio many carnivore customers are looking for.
Our thick sausages are made with beef and fat in natural skins, with no added meal or fillers. No breadcrumbs, cereal-based meal or unnecessary extras. Just meat, fat and plenty of flavour.
Combined with a wide range of steaks, ribs and slow-cooking cuts, it is a versatile carnivore meat pack designed to keep your freezer well stocked.

Each Carnivore Beef Pack is a quarter share.

A $250 deposit secures your order. The remaining balance is calculated once the dressed weight of your allocated beast is known.
Every beast is naturally different, so the final weight, cost and number of individual cuts may vary. As a guide, a typical Cadarga Carnivore Beef Pack includes:
- 5 thick-cut tomahawk steaks
- 6 eye fillet steaks
- 4 sirloin steaks
- 6 rump steaks
- 4 spare ribs
- 1 brisket flat for the barbecue or smoker
- 8 tenderised topside minute steaks
- 4 tenderised round steaks
- 2 fresh silverside roasts
- 4 blade steaks
- 8 thick-cut osso bucco pieces
- 6 Y-bone steaks
- 4 packs of diced chuck steak
- 10 x 500 g packs of 80% lean beef and 20% beef fat mince
- 8 bags of thick, filler-free sausages in natural skins, with 6 sausages per bag
