Refund policy
At Cadarga Born & Bred, we want you to enjoy our beef as much as we do. We put a huge amount of effort into ensuring your beef order arrives in top condition and contains everything we said it would. We even deliver it ourselves!
If for any reason this is not the case, please photograph the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone: 0419 740 145 or (07) 4165 8190 or email: cadargabeef@gmail.com.
As meat is a perishable item and is sensitive to temperature variations, we will not offer refunds or replacements for instances where product is not stored immediately and appropriately after delivery.
If you are unable to proceed with the order in the month for which you purchase the deposit AND the animal has not been processed, your deposit can be transferred to another delivery month for your area.
