Y-bone steak comes from the shoulder blade and is a very under-rated cut. It tastes best when cooked for longer and this recipe really showcases just how delicious this cut can be.

1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
¼ cup of tomato sauce

1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard (or any mild mustard)
1 teaspoon salt & pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
