This hearty and flavoursome dish showcases the rich and succulent meat from the tail. Slow-cooked to perfection, oxtail becomes tender and falls off the bone, imparting its robust flavour to the stew. 

Oxtail is collagen-rich composition.  Long, slow cooking allows the cartilage to transform into a flavourful and luscious sauce that is good for your skin and joints.

Our oxtails are sold by the unit and average 3kg each.
